Q: How long will my order take?
A: For items that are in stock, we can deliver as soon as we have spare delivery slots which is normally 1-5 days. For furniture that is ordered, you will be given an estimated delivery time, these will differ depending on what range you order from. Please ask a member of staff for individual delivery times. As soon as our furniture comes into stock at our warehouse, we will notify you.
Q: Do you open Sundays?
A: Yes....11am - 4pm
Q: Do you deliver at weekends?
A: No, we delivery Tuesday-Friday 9-5pm. We deliver late night on a Monday up till 7pm. We normally give 4 hour time slots to deliver in and can offer a 'phone head' service. Please speak to a member of staff if these times are difficult for you and they will be able to assist in finding another appropriate time to deliver.
Q: When do I pay for my furniture?
A: When an order is taken, we require approximately 20% deposit. The rest of the payment is due when your furniture comes into stock, before delivery to your home, we can take payment over the phone.
Q: Does the furniture come fully assembled?
A: Most of our furniture comes fully assembled. Where it does not a member of our team will fully assemble the piece of furniture for you in the room of your choosing. If you have limited space to move the furniture in (i.e, up the stairs) then most our pieces come apart and are easily put back together, which we will do for you when we deliver. Please ask a member of our staff for details on individual pieces.
Q: How can I pay for my furniture?
A: We accept cheques, cash and all major credit and debit cards (except AMEX). We can take card payments over the phone.
Q: Can I have pieces of furniture made-to-measure?
A: Yes, although not all of our collections offer this service. Please ask a member of staff if you are after a particular piece made-to-measure and they will be able to assist you with recommendations.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: We offer a FREE local delivery service. We offer nationwide delivery service and delivery charges will depend on the size of the order. Please ask a member of staff if you fall within our FREE delivery area or how much delivery would to your area.
